Step right to riding horse stance, left knife hand block and grab. Right upper punch. Swing right arm to opponent's wrist. Wrist lock , step left foot forward bending opponent over to keep control. Pull opponent's fingers towards their shoulder until submission (tap-out).
Step right foot forward to riding horse stance, right wrist inward block. Slide right foot back meeting the left, right backfist, 180° over left shoulder. Left foot stepping into opponent, supported left elbow strike to ribs. Left foot forward and left into front stance, right upper cut to ribs, slide right foot back. Right roundhouse. Land forward, left upper reverse punch + Ki-ap.
Step right, inward angle, into a riding horse stance, executing a left knife hand block + right knife hand strike to neck. Left palm heel strike to face. Left foot steps through, past opponent. Right back-pivot kick. Land right foot forward, left reverse upper punch to face + Ki-ap.
Step left, inward angle to riding horse stance, left hand push block, right knife hand strike to ribs. Pull both hands back and then execute a right wrist grab + left middle punch to ribs. Step with left foot 90° forward into riding horse stance, opponents arm under your left shoulder. Elbow break on shoulder, left elbow strike. Left back-fist strike to nose + Ki-ap.
Long step with left foot to front stance, right outward wrist block. Step forward with right foot, left back-pivot kick. Land left foot forward, right upper reverse punch + Ki-ap.
